We have undertaken projects for the world’s leading corporations across the continents of the world. In spite of there being increased pressure on time and delivery costs, we have met and exceeded expectations from Malaysia to Monaco.
There is no upper, or indeed, lower limit to the size of project that we can handle. As a dedicated supplier of pipes, flanges, fittings and specials to the offshore industry, we often recieve many orders varying greatly in size, specification and/or including difficult to locate items.
For example,
One of our most challenging and successful projects in our short history was the supply of 12 pieces of Subsea Radial Piggable Flow Tees in ASTM A694 F60 for the MUT Subsea Pipeline Project in Mumbai, India.
The Sour Service Specification designated the following requirements:
o EN 120204.3.1.C
o NACE MR0175
o HIC with CSR max of 0.00%!
o Charpy Impacts at minus 20 deg C
The entire specifications were acquired, tested and shipped to the client in six short weeks!
